The services provided under this contract include:  the identification of SMEs involved in road maintenance sub-sector in Burkina Faso and their classification;   making a correct diagnosis of the actual capabilities of SMEs in road maintenance sub-sector;   developing a strategy document and the development of a training plan based on the findings of the diagnostic study, which may allow the development of capacities of SMEs; The implementation period of the Consultant's services is five (05) months.
