Framework contract for travel agency services.

As part of the State Procurement Programme has decided to streamline state authorities purchasing travel agency services. The efficiency leads to purchase across state authorities standardized, coordinated and committed. The purpose of a joint governmental agency agreement is the sharing of all types of travel and hotel accommodation etc. in order to cover the state's travel needs. Modernisation Agency is part framework contract on behalf of the State pursuant to Circular of 20.3.2012 on government procurement (circular can be downloaded from: www.statensindkob.dk and www.retsinformation.dk). The amounts indicated in point II.1.4) and II.2.1) related to turnover of the travel agency services, ie. not the gennemfakturerede revenue. The gennemfakturerede turnover of the previous agency agreement has historically been between three hundred and fifty million to 450 million DKK annually. In relation to point II.1.4) and II.2.1), volume can also be significantly increased to the extent that private institutions, etc. parliament and Danmarks Nationalbank makes use of the framework contract. Performance Description: The framework contract covers the provision of travel agency services for government missions, including: Booking / Reservation of plane, train, car, ferry and hotel Travel Booking Solutions, including Inhouse, Implant and direct booking from the travel agency, Self Reservation System (online booking), Delivery of electronic data and statistics, Managing travel policy Use of rates and terms in government supplier agreements and SKI agreements, Delivery of other travel agency services, such as associated consulting services, CO2 bills and 24-hour service and coupling of the travel agent systems for travel reimbursement systems used in the state, including for the profile handling and godkendelsesflows by travel orders. The above represents only a general description of the service. The activity, the content will appear in the specifications. There will be a requirement that the provider reporting data to the Modernisation Agency, detailing the actual sales of the framework contract.
