USDA Forest Service, Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests (A-SNFs) has a requirement for Real Property Appraisals under Commercial Items - Request For Quotation (RFQ) format. The intent of this work is to complete Real Property Appraisals for non-federal and federal land proposed for exchange. The parcels of land are located in Navajo, Santa Cruz, Yavapai, Maricopa, Gila, Graham, Pima, and Cochise Counties in Arizona. with the area designated for the prescribed fire on the A-SNFs. All of this work is covered under the Service Contract Act. Offerors shall be Certified General Appraisers in Arizona shall provide a copy of the credentials with their Offer. [36 CFR 254.9(a)(2)] Offerors shall have previously completed Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions (UASFLA) training and provide a copy of the certificate with their Offer. Offerors shall submit technical capability and past performance indicating their credentials, work experience, training, and client references. Offers will be evaluated based upon UASFLA-compliant federal appraisal work in Arizona and the mountain west. Offers will need to demonstrate experience with USDA Forest Service and USDI Office of Valuation Services successfully solving complex appraisal problems.
