The United States Coast Guard Uniform Distribution Center, located at the U.S. Coast Guard Training Center, 1 Munro Ave, Cape May, NJ 08204 is in need of two body scanners to measure members for military uniforms.The body scanner should be complete with computer, software (SOFTWARE NEEDS TO BE ADAPTABLE TO ACCEPT AND CONVERT TO GOVERNMENTS SIZING CHARTS), high speed printer and stand consisting of shelves to hold printer and additional paper. The body scanners should have a minimum of the following features:Privacy changing area with private scanning booth with infrared sensors.Audio instructions for proper positioning Footprints on floor for proper positioningAdjustable handheld posts for proper stance with button to activate scannerCalibrations materials to calibrate machines on a daily basisSoftware licence for a minimum of two yearsThe body scanners should have a minimum performance of:2 - 3 seconds to capture accurate scan measuring from neckline to ankles 15-20 seconds to process data for printing360 degree body coverageIAW with FAR 19.5, Small business set a side, The Governments intent is to establish a purchase with a small business.
