Invitation to Pre-Qualify Providers of Printing Services

The United Nations Development Programme in the Philippines hereby invites for application from suitably experienced and well-established entities to prequalify and eventually to bid for the provision of large volume printing services.
Once the service providers are found pre-qualified, UNDP shall sign a Framework Agreement / Long-Term Agreement (LTA) with the service providers, for a minimum period of one (1) year, which may be extended up to a maximum of three (3) years based on satisfactory performance.
The pre-qualified service providers holding LTAs shall be invited by UNDP to submit bids throughout the life of the LTA to provide printing services, whose quantities and detailed specifications will be defined as the need for them arises.
Prequalified service providers holding LTAs may be required to deliver the printed goods using their own forwarding company, or through the services of a UNDP-appointed freight forwarders.
Interested service providers must demonstrate sufficient track record and specialization in delivering the above described services.
Documents required for submission to UNDP are listed in the attached pre-qualification instructions. Only service providers submitting complete set of documentations shall be considered for pre-qualification review.
