The US Environmental Protection Agency, Region 9 has a requirement for copier paper. Specifications: Paper to be made using 100 percent chlorine-free manufacturing process and not contain re-bleach paper using chlorine or chlorine compounds harmful to environment and aquatic life. Paper to be certified by Chlorine Free Association. Paper and packaging are to be 100 percent post-consumer material. Paper to have a 20 lb. basis weight for daily use in copiers and printers. Paper to be acid-free and archival quality. Paper to meet Air Force Regulation No. AF 164-117, JCP-065, and Executive Order 13514 and 13423. 100% recycled, post-consumer, chlorine free, 20 pounds, 92 brightness, 8 1/2 x 11. (NOTE: FLAMBEAU RIVER PAPER IS NOT ACCEPTABLE). Delivery address is currently undergoing renovation. Scheduling of delivery and other delivery requirements (i.e. truck must have lift ramp) are to be coordinated with the EPA Project Officer to ensure adequate staff is available to receive delivery, and to discuss other delivery requirements (i.e. truck with lift gate). DELIVERY HOURS ARE BETWEEN 10:00AM - 2:00PM ONLY, NO EXCEPTIONS.
