The contract includes:
- Desktop Publishing,
- graphic design,
- Print management,
- Supply of finished printed products
for a period of 2 years, with two options to extend for one year.
In recent years, an average of 182 000 EUR per year spent on printing and graphic services, of which EUR 112 000 and 70 000 EUR to print to desktop publishing and design. However, the client is evolving digital publications, it is likely that the number of printed resources and so the volume will diminish over time.
The contracting authority intends to conclude a framework agreement with a primary and a secondary supplier that the organization can provide various types of printed matter and storage, and distribution.
All economic operators meet the minimum requirements cordially invited to tender, independent, cooperative (combination) and possibly by recourse to a third party.
The scope of the contract relating to the printing is estimated at approximately 230 000 EUR excl. VAT per year. The scope of the requirement regarding the transmission of the printing is estimated at approximately 40 000 EUR excl. VAT per year. The extent of the need for storage of printing and shipping prepare is estimated at approximately 85 000 EUR excl. VAT per year.
The total contract value including option years therefore amounts to approximately 1.42 million euros excl. VAT. The estimate is based on the basis of historical costs. To this can be relied upon by bidders. This is an indication. Actual demand fluctuates. Contractor can derive here in any way rights. The contracting authority has no obligation and does not guarantee sales.
