The contract is divided into four phases which correspond to the following four years:
1. calendar year 2017
2. calendar year 2018
3. calendar year 2019
4. calendar year 2020
These 4 phases are all partial orders under section 146 of the Royal Decree of 14 January 2013: performance of the contract is subject to the notification of each of these commands. Also, this contract does not include a fixed or minimum amount within the meaning of Article 148 of the Royal Decree of 14 January 2013.
Therefore, the contracting authority shall be liable for compensation in case of termination of all or part of this contract should intervene.
