It is anticipated that the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia will shortly be issuing an "Invitation to Bid" to procure Printing and Graphic Supplies from a contractor/s with valid license. Hence, the UNECA hereby request qualified contractor/s to experess their interest for the supply of plates with related chemicals, inks roller wash and other press sundries to the UNECA. It is UNECA's intent to have Long Term Agreement (LTA) with qualified contractor. Interested firms will be invited to the tender by “Invitation to Bid” (ITB) at a later stage. This tender envisages selection of a single or more contactors to render Printing and Graphic supplies. Note: Detailed Specification and Terms of reference for the entire contract period will be provided in the solicitation document. Please note that the UNECA is precluded from entering into contract with a firm that is not fully registered with UNGM. The consulting Service will be implemented in 8calendar months time beginning from March, 2014.
