Teaching and book publishing and / or printing service subscription (Part 1): The framework agreement APPEAL teaching materials and books (including students with special needs for teaching materials) publishing and / or printing service (the Work) ordering and execution of the Framework Agreement, the terms and procedure. Publishing is meant teaching materials and books of issue-oriented activities / pre-printing preparation, particularly in the technical, substantive and / or language editing, design (including the illustration), layout, pre-press proof or, where the artist's work. The contracting authority is not obliged to order the Contractor to all of the above-mentioned operations or publishing contracting authority is entitled to subscribe to the Contractor in accordance with the need for one or more of the above-mentioned publishing operation. Printed publications and books teaching materials (textbook, workbook, the record book, a set of teaching, teacher's guide, a set of worksheets, tasks throughout, handbook, dictionary, yearbook or further such as hard or soft cover larger-scale publications). Other publications printing service subscriptions (part 2) of the framework agreement is the subject of small publications printing service (the Work) ordering and execution of the framework agreement to the terms and procedures. Printed publications, in particular, flyers, newsletters, brochures, manuals, newspapers, bookmarks, brochures and other printed matter further such smaller volume. This Framework Agreement does not cover teaching materials and books (this is a textbook, workbook, the record book, a set of teaching, teacher's guide, a set of worksheets, tasks throughout, handbook, dictionary, yearbook or further such as hard or soft cover larger-scale publications). The contracting authority enters into a framework agreement on government procurement possibly one to three, and possibly two to five government procurement tenders submitted successful tenderer who will be selected according to the ranking on the basis of lowest cost (excluding VAT) award criteria.
