The contract involves the conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply, installation and maintenance of copiers. printing, scanning devices and associated software for a total period of six years:
- Hire and maintenance of digital photocopiers (office - to production model);
- Supply, installation and maintenance of a print management software to record and calculate printing;
- Link the software to the existing software for student administration.
The start date of this agreement will be 09/01/2016. The installation of the devices in the period must be before.
There is no tacit renewal possible.
The specified quantities are estimated quantities, both for the number of prints and for the rental of the number of devices. They can be expanded or reduced in accordance with the needs of the administration.
It has opted for a formula with a fixed cost per print, including all associated consumable (except staples and paper) and an all-inclusive service contract combined with a fixed amount per type of appliance and a monthly rental cost for the link to the software package for student records.
