(LOCAL TIME) 1. OBJECTIVES GENERAL OBJECTIVE To develop and implement a training program for 30 Ranger Instructors and Assessors of labor skills of their peers; Ranger 170 nationwide to level their knowledge and support them in the process of certification of job skills by CHILE VALUES, involving 30 instructors Rangers. The target audience are SNASPE Rangers. SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES Develop an educational and evaluative design input and output line with the objectives and profile of participants, considering the levels set out in these Terms of Reference. Develop a curriculum for the training of trainers and assessors Ranger labor skills of their peers, along with CONAF and CHILEVALORA. Together with CONAF supported by CHILEVALORA, organize and deliver the training of trainers and assessors Ranger labor skills of their peers in Spanish language. Develop a curriculum Ranger Course nationally to leverage its expertise and support them in the process of certification of job skills, involving Ranger instructors. This support e-Learning is a platform Moodle 2.8 [1]. Develop a strategy for medium and long term that includes the commitment of CONAF to replicate the course Ranger nationally to leverage its expertise and support them in the process of certification of job skills, involving Ranger instructors. Evaluate the process performed externally collecting achievements, lessons learned and challenges, as well as internally, collecting the assessment of the participants themselves. 2. EXPECTED RESULTS The expected results of the Training Program Ranger Instructors and Rangers Executors for Certification of Occupational Competencies are the following: 30 trained rangers and certificates (understood as a certificate of foreground) as trainers and assessors work skills their peers. Ranger 170 nationally with leveling their knowledge and strengthened capacities for certification of job skills by CHILE VALUES. Strategy for Medium and Long Term used to leverage future CONAF the fruits of this training program as part of the process of certification of job skills for further development with the support of CHILEVALORA. Training materials (guides, manuals and / or supporting documents), results and evaluation analysis input and output (for all qualified rangers) and report to the systematization of results, lessons learned and recommendations arising from the process. 3. EXPECTED OF THE TECHNICAL PROPOSAL Any technical proposal to be submitted to solicitation shall include the following elements to enable a full assessment of the same: 3.1. Conceptual framework of the pedagogical proposal to implement. This methodological proposal differs according to the type of course that is delivered to instructors or to Rangers. 3.3. Preliminary proposal strategy Medium and Long Term to continue the training plan. It being understood that both courses have an important support e-Learning, developed in the corporate Platform CONAF in the field. The remaining (as) professionals who dictate contents will be evaluated according to Form No. 3 Evaluation of the Technical Proposal.
