(Local time) Objectives 1.1 General Objective Taking into account the national and international scenarios related to the scope, design FFA has to comply with the range of applicable requirements (legal, institutional, social, etc.) , and maximize efficiency (reversed impact weight) and prospects for fundraising. 1.2 Specific Objectives (SO) Specific Objective 1: Designing a Forest Environmental Fund (FFA) as a tool for financial and operational architecture for implementation and payment of operating results of strategic mitigation and adaptation related ENCCRV integrating elements UNFCCC, the GCF and other relevant sources in the environmental context of climate change and national and international, public and private funding. The team in charge shall analyze, prepare reports and make recommendations for action to restore degraded native forest for the provision of water resources, and improving other environmental services are implemented. To strengthen the link with the theoretical framework of FFA and amplify the replicability of strategic options, the consultant team should consider in the design of the financial structure of FFA relevant aspects to be included in another 6 pilot projects running in parallel in the field.
