The University of Southern Denmark is lead partner of the European Union's ‘Baltic Sea Region Programme 2014-2020’ project entitled ‘Power Electronics for Green Energy Efficiency’ (hereinafter ‘Green PE’ project). The project's official start date is 1.3.2016. The start date of this contract is at 7.3.2016. Project duration is 36 months until 28.2.2019. The maximum extension and deadline for completion of all works and returns is the 31.5.2019. The Contracting Authority wishes to enter into a framework agreement relating to the purchase of the supply of Project Management Services for the ‘Green PE’ project. Project partners (PP) are: — PP 1: University of Southern Denmark, Denmark; — PP 2: Business Development and Technology Transfer Corporation of Schleswig Holstein, Germany; — PP 3: Renewable Energy Hamburg, Germany; — PP 4: Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel, Germany; — PP 5: Acreo Swedish ICT, Sweden; — PP 6: University of Latvia, Latvia; — PP 7: Latvian Technological Center, Latvia; — PP 8: University of Tartu, Estonia; — PP 9: Kaunas University of Technology, Lithuania; — PP 10: Applied Research Institute for Prospective Technologies, Lithuania; — PP 11: Warsaw University of Technology, Poland; — PP 12: NATEK Power Systems AB, Sweden; — PP 13: Banke Accessory drives, Denmark; — PP 14: Kaunas Science and Technology Park, Lithuania; — PP 15: CLEAN, Denmark; — PP 16: Polish Chamber of Commerce for Electronics and Telecommunications, Poland; — PP 17: Sustainable Smart Houses in Småland, Sweden; — PP 18: Ubik Solutions OÜ, Estonia. The project management provider will also be expected to work in close collaboration with the Project Steering Committee (PSC), all project participants, and stakeholders in order to fulfil the tasks as detailed below: 1. Implementation of a project management system among the project partners and the Interreg administration; 2. Supervision of goal-achievement at work package and general project level to support the foreseen steering group for project steering and decision-making; 3. Evaluation of the financial status to support the steering group for project steering and decision-making; 4. Planning, preparation and realisation of the joint project; 5. Coordination and preparation of the official reports (consisting of activity and financial report) to be submitted to the Interreg administration by the Lead partner; 6. Organisation of the 1st level control in accordance with the regulations of the European Union; 7. Central office and information centre for all project partners (e.g. administrative and financial questions) with frequent information of all partners about news, current developments and status of the whole project; 8. Conception of a communication plan, steering and carrying out of the communication plan (e.g. leaflets, newsletters, presentations); 9. Conception, maintenance and updating of project website (not the technical development, not the graphic design); 10. Documentation of meeting minutes of the steering group and project outputs.
