Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: Document for registered professional activity (DRA form), as a proof for registration as a physical person or legal entity for performance of the activity related to the subject of the contract on public procurement or a proof of belonging to a related professional association in accordance with the regulations of the country of registration.
— Relevant ‘B’ Licence for audit of project documentation for second category constructions in accordance with the Law on Construction, issued by the Ministry of Transport and Communications, and if the economic operator is foreign bidder, a confirmation is submitted of his capability of revising project documentation for second category constructions, issued by a competent authority of the state administration responsible for spatial planning of RM, in accordance with article 42 of the Law on Construction, as proof of meeting the special criteria for performing professional activity prescribed by law, in reference to the subject of the contract.
— Relevant ‘B’ Licence for designing second category constructions in accordance with the Law on Construction, issued by the Ministry of Transport and Communications, and if the economic operator is foreign bidder, a confirmation is submitted of his capability to design second category constructions, issued by a competent authority of the state administration responsible for spatial planning of RM, in accordance with article 42 of the Law on Construction, as proof of meeting the special criteria for performing professional activity prescribed by law, in reference to the subject of the contract.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: — balance sheets certified by a competent authority, i.e. audited balance sheets, or
balance sheet excerpts where the publication of the balance sheet is required under the Law of the country where the bidder is registered; or
— a statement of the overall turnover of the company (information on the profit and
loss statement issued by the competent authority, i.e. audited profit and loss statement), and where applicable, of the turnover in the area covered by the public procurement contract for the last three business years for which such information is available, depending on the date on which the company was founded or started work and depending on the availability of such information.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met:
— List of employees or persons engaged with authorization ‘B’ for audit of project documentation for the execution of the subject of procurement, by submission of copies of M1 / M2 forms for the employees or employment contract and copies of the Authorizations to audit project documentation issued by the Chamber of authorized architects and engineers of the Republic of Macedonia;
— List of employees or persons engaged with authorization ‘B’ for preparation of project documentation for the execution of the subject of procurement, by submission of copies of M1 / M2 forms for the employees or employment contract and copies of the Authorizations to prepare project documentation issued by the Chamber of authorized architects and engineers of the Republic of Macedonia;
— Reference list of completed contracts in the last 3 years for services rendered of the same or similar nature (audit of projects), including data on suppliers, dates and values, attaching at least 1 ( one) copy of a contract for services provided of the same or similar nature (audit of projects) and 1 (one) certificate for timely and qualitatively performed services, which refers to the attached contract.
Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:
— The economic operator should have at least 5 (five) employees or people engaged with authorization ‘B’ for audit of project documentation, of which at least 1 (one) person with authorization ‘B’ to audit in the field of architecture, at least 1 (one) person with authorization ‘B’ to audit in the field of construction, at least 1 (one) person with authorization ‘B’ to audit the field of electrical engineering and at least 1 (one) person with authorization ‘B’ to audit in the field of mechanical engineering;
— The economic operator should have at least 5 (five) employees or people engaged with authorization ‘B’ for the preparation of project documentation, of which at least 1 (one) person with authorization ‘B’ to prepare project documentation in the field of architecture, at least 1 (one) person with authorization ‘B’ to prepare project documentation in the field of construction, at least 1 (one) person with authorization ‘B’ to prepare project documentation in the field of electrical engineering and at least 1 (one) person with authorization ‘B’ to prepare project documentation in the field of mechanical engineering;
— The economic operator should have at least 1 (one) executed contract to perform services of the same or a similar nature to the subject of procurement (audit of projects) in the last 3 (three) years.
