Formålet med denne kontrakt er at Levere områder for installering af salgsautomater til salg af og føde- drikkevarer i bygninger, huser der Europa-Kommissionen i Storhertugdømmet Luxembourg.

Inden for rammerne af denne koncession vil være kontrahenten ansvarlig for at Levere tjenester alle, der er den nødvendige for overordnede forvaltning af salgsautomater, som denne har leveret, og navnlig:

- Levering, installering, forbindelse og OPERATIONAL testning af salgsautomater

- Opfyldning salgsautomater af og med mad drikkevarer

- Regelmæssig vedligeholdelse af salgsautomater (kontrol af funktionsdygtighed, teknisk vedligeholdelse, intern og EKSTERN rengøring, Desinfektion)

- Tilkaldelse, repair, udskiftning af og dele af eventual defekte salgsautomater

- Bortskaffelse affald forårsaget af af opfyldning (osv packaging.) Og vedligeholdelse

- Overvågning inspektion og af kvalitet, og hygiejne sikkerhed

- Administrativ og Finansiel Styring

- eftersalgsservice

Der Auftrag vorliegende betrifft die Bereitstellung Flächen von zur Installation von Automaten für den Verkauf von Getränken Lebensmitteln und in den Europäischen Kommission im von der Großherzogtum Luxemburg genutzten Gebäuden.

Im Rahmen dieser Lizenz erbringt der Auftragnehmer in eigener Verantwortung für den gesamten sämtliche Betrieb und die Verwaltung der von ihm bereitgestellten Automaten erforderlichen Leistungen, und zwar insbesondere:

- Bereitstellung die, die Installation, sowie den Anschluss die Prüfung der Funktionstüchtigkeit der Automaten,

- Die Bestückung der Automaten und mit Getränken Lebensmitteln,

- Die Regelmässige Wartung der Automaten (Prüfung der Funktionstüchtigkeit, Technische Instandhaltung, Innen- und Außenreinigung, Desinfizierung)

- Entstörung die, die Reparatur und den Austausch von Teilen von und gegebenenfalls defekten Automaten,

- Die Entsorgung von der bei Bestückung (Verpackungskartons usw.) und der Wartung year ...

Under this concession, the contractor will be responsible for providing all services necessary for the overall management of vending machines that he has provided, in particular:

— provision, installation, connection and operational testing of vending machines,

— filling vending machines with food and drinks,

— regular maintenance of vending machines (checking that they are working correctly, technical maintenance, internal and external cleaning, disinfecting),

— call-out, repair, replacement of parts and, where appropriate, faulty vending machines,

— disposal of waste resulting from filling (packaging, etc.) and maintenance,

— monitoring and inspecting quality, hygiene and safety,

— administrative and financial management,

— after-sales service,
