The contract includes the purchase of new IT management solution and the formation of payments basis for the Social Pension.
The popular solution is part of the total business solution that ATP uses for administration and payment of Social Pension for Payments Denmark. The solution is mission critical for ATP, since the solution is important for the citizens support basis and also has great public attention.
ATP intends to purchase a konfigurerebart standard system or a set of integrated configurable standard systems, consisting of:
a. a self-service solution in which the data acquisition takes place
b. a professional system that uses rules make proper calculation of pensions, etc..
c. a case management system where documents are filed
d. a workflow module for managing case history / workflows
e. a rule engine that can be configured and how regulatory and business rules can be executed in real time.
The contract includes the following services:
1) Establishment and implementation of an integrated solution as well as support and maintenance, development and operation of the solution.
2) Delivery of converter and indkonvertering of data in the new solution and complex system integration of the solution to the surrounding third-party systems.
The contract establishes procedures for the changes justified by significant difficulties.
