Services of project planning for the project New administration building in Haldensleben: The SALEG intends in the grounds of the Born street in Haldensleben to build a new administration building as the headquarters of the district Börde. The results of the work phases 2 to 4 are available and are the basis for further achievements. The building permit is expected soon. The advertised here benefits include the performance phases 5 to 9 for the building design. The interior of the building is to be implemented in two phases. The construction phases relate only to the measures of interior finishes. From the present draft plan, the following project characteristics arise: - approximately 12 200 m2 gross floor area; - 3 storeys without basement; - 2 patios; - About 380 office workplaces; - Boardroom; - Canteen. Dates: - weatherproof building shell built up in October 2016; - Completion ready for operation 1st phase of construction of at least 200 employees: 01/06/2017; - Completion working order total building (a total of approximately 380 employees): 7.9.2017. As part of further planning, the preliminary design is created to implement, taking into account the pending building permit.
