Conversia leu-valuta se face prin raportare la cursul mediu BNR aferent fiecarui an in parte. Valoarea mediei cifrei de afaceri globala trebuie sa fie mai mare sau egala cu valoarea estimata a contractului multiplicat cu 2 in cazul intreprinderilor mari, respectiv: 7.752.000 lei (fara TVA) si mai mare sau egala cu valoarea estimata a contractului in cazul IMM-urilor, respectiv: 3 876 000 RON (fara TVA). Bilantul contabil la data de 31.12.2010 sau 30.6.2011, vizat si înregistrat de organele competente.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: 1) Ofertantii vor prezenta o lista care va cuprinde serviciile similare prestate în ultimii 3 ani, de natura serviciilor ofertate, care sa contina cel putin un contract care sa reprezinte minim 25 % din volumul fizic prezentat in Caietul de sarcini, respectiv: 95 000 de tranzactii/luna, sau prin cel mult 3 contracte care sa reprezinte cel putin 40 % din acelasi volum fizic respectiv: 152 000 de tranzactii/luna. Serviciile cuprinse în aceasta lista vor fi însotite de certificari de buna calitate emise de beneficiari. 2) Declaratie care contine: — informatii privind personalul tehnic de specialitate de care dispune sau al carui angajament de participare a fost obtinut de catre ofertant, — informatii referitoare la pregatirea profesionala si calificarea cadrelor de conducere, precum si ale persoanelor responsabile direct de îndeplinirea contractului, — informatii privind efectivele medii anuale ale personalului angajat. 3) Certificate emise de organisme independente prin care se atesta respectarea standardelor de mediu, conform SR EN ISO 14001:2005, valabile la data depunerii ofertelor, sau certificate echivalente; 4) Certificate emise de organisme independente prin care se atesta respectarea standardelor de calitate, conform SR EN ISO 9001:2008, valabile la data depunerii ofertelor, sau certificate echivalente.
