The purpose of this Invitation to Tender (‘ITT’) is to invite tenders for the provision of Design Consultancy Services for Union Terrace Gardens Redevelopment.

You are requested to act as Lead Consultant and assemble a team of professional practitioners capable of providing all disciplines of the design service and submit an offer to carry out a full design process to deliver detailed designs, site surveys, market research, business case studies, the procurement of the necessary works contracts and the contract administration of the contract during the entire construction process.
