Financing agreement concerning the national programme Montenegro 2014 (objective 1 — part 1 and objective 2 — part 1).
The Ministry of Finance, the Directorate for Finance and Contracting of the EU Assistance Funds (CFCU), Stanka Dragojevića 2, 81000 Podgorica, MONTENEGRO.
The objective of this contract is the development and installation of 2 tailor-made IT solutions for 2 institutions: the Insurance Supervision Agency (ISA) and Securities Exchange Commission of Montenegro (SECM). The first is related to the specific ISAs needs of collection, processing and analysing data and information for conducting risk-based supervision of insurance market based on Solvency II requirements. The second is related to the design and implementation of officially appointed central storage for regulated information (CSRI) in accordance with Directive 2004/109/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council.
