For both Lot 1 North and Lot 2 South Fire alarm servicing and maintenance including smoke vents and responsive repairs. Emergency lighting servicing and maintenance including responsive repairs. Periodic electrical inspection and testing including remedial works. Air conditioning servicing and maintenance including responsive repairs. Commercial boiler servicing and maintenance including repairs and certification. Lightening protection testing and reporting. Non domestic electrical responsive repairs. Domestic gas servicing, landlords gas safety records, breakdowns and repairs (SAHA reserve the right to not issue this work).
Options
All lots will be for an initial term of 3 years with break clauses with the possibility of an extension of 2 years with break clauses.

Applicants will be required to complete a pre-qualification Questionnaire consistent with Directive 2004/18/EC. The questionnaire is available from http://www.echelonconsultancy.co.uk/eDocs and must be returned to the address and date as stated in the PQQ.
Technical capacity
Applicants will be required to complete a pre-qualification Questionnaire consistent with Directive Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required: (if applicable) EN Standard form 02 — Contract notice 7 / 16 2004/18/EC. Lot 1 — North covers the following main areas:Birmingham, Coventry, Nottingham, Derby, Manchester, Bolton, Preston, Salford, Liverpool, St Helens, Blackburn, Stoke, Sheffield, Doncaster, Grimsby, Sunderland, Newcastle, Middlesbrough, Morecombe, Hull, Huntingdon, Skegness.Lot 2 — South covers: London, Essex, Ipswich, Watford, Reading, Swindon, Bristol, Western-Super-Mare, Folkestone, Tunbridge Wells, Newhaven, Eastbourne, Southampton, Portsmouth, Isle of Wight.
