Provision of a cafe/ catering service within Angus Council's new Brechin Community Campus which includes schools and community facilities including sports facilities and a swimming pool. The service providers will provide freshly prepared hot and cold food on a daily basis along with a catering service available for birthday parties, events and meetings offering light snacks including vegetarian and healthy eating options in accordance with healthy eating in Schools Nutritional Requirements for The Nutritional Requirements for Food and Drink in Schools (Scotland) Regulations 2008. Food and beverages will be available as take away options.

The contract duration will be for 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years.

(1) A statement of the candidate's average annual number of staff and managerial staff over the previous 3 years (2) Details of the educational and professional qualifications of their managerial staff; and those of the person(s) who would be responsible for providing the services or carrying out the work or works under the contract; (3) All candidates will be required to provide certification from an independent body attesting conformity to environmental management standards in accordance with the Community Eco-Management and Audit Scheme (EMAS); or the European standard BS EN ISO 14001.
