RMBC operate an Avaya CSK1 VoIP telephony platform to service its core internal and external telephony requirements. This system is linked to an Avaya CC6 contact centre solution which underpins a number of business functions including some which are offered  24 x 7 x 365. RMBC is seeking an organisation (Avaya certified gold partner or above) to provide service and support to parts of RMBC’s ICT Team infrastructure.

This contract will be for an initial period of 1 year, with the option to extend at the sole discretion of RMBC for a further 12 month which will be reviewed on a quarterly basis year.  The estimated value of this contract is between £100,000 and £150,000, however this does not carry any guarantee of turnover and any estimated volumes of business are indicative and may vary upwards or downwards depending on actual future needs.
