The United States Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency, Chittenden/Washington County office in Williston, Vermont, is interested in receiving expressions of interest for approximately 3,600-4,200 contiguous rentable square feet of Class A office space together with 18 on-site, paved parking spaces. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 3,500 rentable square feet (USF). The area considered must be within an area bounded on the North by Mountain View Road & Industrial Avenue, bounded on the East by Old Stage Road, bounded on the South by I-89 and bounded on the West by Muddy Brook & Industrial Avenue. Occupancy is required within twelve (12) months of lease award.
