(i) The Bureau of Labor Statistics, contemplates issuing on a competitive basis, a firm fixed price purchase order (base plus four option years) for the purpose of providing industrial building model development and updates in support of the Producer Price Index (PPI.)
(ii) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation is issued as Request for Proposal (RFP) No. DOL-BLS-15-R-00010.
(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulations. This solicitation is unrestricted and open to all qualified, responsible businesses and will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 and Part 13 including 13.5. The North American Industry Classification System code is 541990. The small business size standard is $14 million, though this solicitation is being competed as unrestricted.

Late offers - Any offer, modification, revision, or withdrawal of an offer received at the Government office designated in the solicitation after the exact time specified for receipt of offers is late and will not be considered. Addendum to FAR Clause 52.212-1 applies to this acquisition is as follows: (v) EVALUATION--COMMERCIAL ITEMS (JAN 1999) (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose proposal will be the most advantageous on the basis of technical capability, past performance and price (b) Please review the attached Evaluation Factors and Methodology document.
