This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial professional scientist and engineering training services prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT RESULT IN AN ORDER AGAINST AN FEDERAL SUPPLY SCHEDULE. ANY OFFER WHICH IS PREDICATED UPON THE AWARD BEING PLACED AGAINST AN FSS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. This requirement is for a professional computer scientist and engineering level training course: RF Measurement: Principles and Demonstration (17-21 Aug 2015) iaw the attached Statement of Work, CDRL A001 and CDRL A002. Sole Source: Besser Associates Justification for Sole Source: Besser Associates is the only provider with a validated Test and Evaluation of RF Defense Electronic Systems course that is capable of satisfying AF training objectives which includes required demonstrations related to USAF weapon systems. Price(s) should be FOB Destination (Robins AFB GA 31098). In addition to price and delivery, quote should include your cage code and DUNS number. Requested Period of Performance: 17-21 August 2015 Contractor shall provide certificates for each student completing the training iaw CDRL A002. Quotations should be emailed to Becky Cochran (rebecca.cochran@us.af.mil) no later than 10 July 2015, 3:00 pm EST. The anticipated award date is 24 July 2015.
