Trade Agreement: Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) Tendering Procedures: The bidder must supply Canadian goods and/or services Attachment: None Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: RISO - Lab Analytical Services for Department of Natational Defence, various locations of CFB Halifax, NS W010C-15C234/A LeBlanc, JoAnne Telephone No. - (902) 496-5010 Fax No. - (902) 496-5016 Requirement: The Department of National Defence Halifax has a requirement for one (1) Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) agreement to carry out collection and analysis of samples by a laboratory that has achieved proficiency certification by the Canadian Association of Environmental Analytical Laboratories (CAEAL), complete with documented results for each sample as specified in the attached Specifications in Annex A. The work required is based on an "as and when required" basis. A Pre-Job Meeting will be required between the Contractor and the Project Authority prior to the commencement of any work. There is a security clearance aspect to this requirement. Additional details are outlined within the solicitation document. The users of this Standing Offer will be for the Department on National Defence, for CFB Halifax and for CF Health Services Centre (Atlantic) Preventive Medicine section (which includes various Ships). Proposed Time Schedule: From issuance of a Standing Offer Agreement, for a one year duration, with the option to extend the standing offer for two (2) one (1) year periods. Financial Limitation: The financial limitation of any resultant standing offer shall be $146,650.00 per year, plus applicable taxes. Basis of selection: A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all Mandatory Technical Evaluation Criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract. The solicitation document contains complete details on the requirement, the bid evaluation and contractor selection methodology. This procurement is limited to Canadian services. This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in English. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
