Trade Agreement: NAFTA/AIT/Canada FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Laundry & Dry Cleaning Services To provide all labour, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to perform complete Laundry and Dry Cleaning services on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND) at 17 Wing, Winnipeg, Manitoba The services are scheduled, project services (repair etc.) and "as and when requested services" . The service will be provided to various buildings at the Canadian Forces Base (CFB), 17 Wing, Winnipeg, Manitoba. The period of the Contract is from date of Contract Award to 31 October 2016 with Canada retaining an irrevocable option to extend the Contract for a period of two (2) additional consecutive one (1) year periods. Work will be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work and terms and conditions as identified in the Request for Proposal. The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT). Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
