Trade Agreement: Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy:  Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements:    Statement of Work  The Statement of Work is as follows: (a)   The Canadian Coast Guard (CCG) requires a Contractor to carry out the servicing of the air side of the propulsion control systems fitted in the CCGS Eckaloo located in Inuvik, NT and theCCGS Dumit located in Hay River, NT.  The Work must be conducted in accordance with the associated Technical Specifications detailed in the Statement of Work; Inspections, Tests and Trials; and Project Management Services attached as Annexes A, D and E. For annexes and appendices, bidders must contact the Contracting Authority identified in Article 7.5.1. (b)   The Contractor must carry out any approved unscheduled work not covered in paragraph (a) above.   The Work is scheduled to start in May 2017.   Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements  This procurement is subject to the Inuvialuit Final Agreement and the Gwich'in Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement Final Agreement.   Solicitation documents are available on the BuyAndSell.gc.ca/tenders web site. For specifications, drawings, annexes, and appendices associated with this solicitation, bidders must contact the Contracting Authority by e-mail at michal.szczesniak@pwgsc-tpsgc.gc.ca.   By submitting a bid, the Bidder certifies that it hassufficient material and human resources allocated or available and that the above work period is adequate to both complete the known work and absorb a reasonable amount of unscheduled work.   Suppliers are required to have a Procurement Business Number (PBN) before contract award. This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in English.   Debriefings  Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.   Delivery Date: Above-mentioned  The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.  Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
