This tender is launched with a suspensive clause: please note that the awarding of the contract is subject to the condition of the prior conclusion of an amendment to the financing agreement. If the precedent condition is not met, the contracting authority may decide to reduce the quantity of equipment and limit the delivery in the 3 following provinces only: Bac Ninh, Bac Giang and Ha Nam. The list of indicative requested and reduced quantity of equipment per lot is attached to this procurement notice. 6.1. Scenario 1: The subject of the contract is the supply, delivery, installation, testing, training, warranty, maintenance and after-sales service by the contractor of the following goods, DDP (delivered duty paid — Incoterms 2010 International Chamber of Commerce http://www.iccwbo.org/incoterms/ ) (exclusive of taxes, duties and other charges), during the period of 180 days as from the signature of the supply contract: — imaging machines (lot 1) at Ha Nam Provincial Centre for Reproductive Health and all districts of the following provinces of Vietnam: Bac Ninh, Bac Giang and Ha Nam. However, in relation to item 6 of lot 1 (portable B/W ultrasound (with: 01 convex probe and 01 B/W printer)) delivery will take place at 362 communes of the abovementioned provinces of Vietnam, — laboratory equipment (lot 2); and furniture and medical instruments (lot 3) at Ha Nam Provincial Centre for Reproductive Health and all districts of the following provinces of Vietnam: Bac Ninh, Bac Giang, Ha Nam, Dien Bien, Son La, Lai Chau, Gia Lai, Kon Tum, Bac Kan, Yen Bai, Vinh Long and Kien Giang, — ambulance (lot 4) at Ha Nam Provincial Centre for Reproductive Health. 6.2. The international consultant will support the coordination between UN Women and other partners for the organization of the Asia and Pacific Regional Conference on Gender and Disaster Risk Reduction.

- If quoted in other currency, prices shall be converted to US Dollar at UN Exchange Rate at the submission deadline.
3. Documents required after selection and before contract signing:
- UN Personal History Form (P-11)
- Full medical examination and Statement of Fitness to work and travel for consultants with travel involved. (This is not a requirement for RLA contracts).
- Individual subscribers over 65 years of age are required to undergo a full medical examination including x-rays at their own cost and obtaining medical clearance from the UN Medical Director prior to taking up their assignment.
- Release letter in case the selected consultant is government official.

Field trips to some typical healthcare facilities and working with some relevant agencies inVietnam; 2. Comment on reports prepared by national consultants/consulting firms, including: ü    Report 1: presenting (i) documents review; (ii) quality assessmentof healthcare wastewater, sludge from healthcare wastewater treatment plant, ashes from solid healthcare wasteincinerator, theefficiency of microwave for infectious waste treatment (expecting 3 separate reports to be prepared by nationalconsultingfirm); ü    Report 2: presenting the status of production, circulation, usageand disposal of equipment and materials containing mercury and evaluation on costs, benefits of replacing equipment and materialscontaining mercury in health care facilities. 3. Directly involve in the development process of outputs prepared by national consultants/consulting firms, includingcommenting, revising for finalizing all outputs following: 3.1.Policy documents onHCWM: ü    The communication plan on healthcare waste management, includingmaster plan and detail plan; ü    Handbook on health environmental monitoring techniques (expecting 3separate outputs equivalent to 3 types of examination); ü    Draft circular guiding PPP investmentforHCWM; ü    Draft amended regulation on healthcare wastewater (QCVN28:2010/BTNMT) (regulation on sludge of healthcare wastewater treatment system to be added); ü    Draft amended regulation on solid HCWincinerator (QCVN02:2012/BTNMT) (regulation on ashes from solid HCW incinerator  to beadded); ü    Draft Regulation on infectious HCWmicrowave. 3.2.Training syllabus andmaterials formedical universities and colleges: ü    Education syllabus for master programs: in public health,preventive medicine and hospital management; ü    Learning content on healthcare waste management for masterprogram; ü    Educational syllabus on healthcare waste management for medicalprogram,  prevention program; ü    Learning content on healthcare waste management for medicalprogram; ü    Educational syllabus on healthcare waste management for four yearnursing and three year nursing program; ü    Learning content on healthcare waste management for four yearnursing and three year nursing program; 3.3.Communication: 3.3.1.      Designingtemplate of communication products, including: ü    11 posters on healthcare waste management (HCWM) for sharps wastes,highly infectious wastes, infectious wastes, pathological wastes, pharmaceutical wastes, chemical wastes, radioactive wastes,recyclable wastes, labour safety for healthcare wastemanagement, process of healthcare solid wastes management, processofhealthcare solid wastes collection, transportation; ü    1 folder on healthcare waste management for managers in healthsectors (to be delivered in meetings/workshops/ ?); ü    2 leaflets on HCWM for medical staff,patients and patients'relatives; ü    2 films on healthcare waste management for medical staff, patientsand patients' relatives. 3.3.2.              Other communicationproducts to be postedon newspapers, website, broadcasted on TV, the voice of Vietnam. 3.3.3.              Training programs and material oncommunication skills of HCWM. The expected period of contract implementation is from March, 2016 to March, 2017. CPMU under the Ministry of Health now invites eligible individual consultants ("Consultants") to indicatetheir interests in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide Expression of Interest (EOI), Curriculum Vitae(CV) and supporting documents such as relevant qualifications and experience to perform the Services. The qualificationrequirements are: The expert will have a post-graduate degree in Environment or Public Health or relatedfields.  10 years' professional experiences in healthcarewaste management.Experience in: (i) development of guidelines, training documents; (ii) implementation ofcommunication activities; (iii) development of technical standards in environmental sector. ·         Experience in healthcare waste management in Vietnam will be preferred.
