NHS England Cumbria, Northumberland and Tyne and Wear (CNTW) Area Team wish to commission a number of Alternative Provider Medical Services (APMS) contracts across the Gateshead and South Tyneside areas, and are inviting suitably qualified providers to deliver these services within these localities. The aim of the above services is to deliver essential, additional and enhanced services to registered patients. The services will be commissioned in a number of Lots, which are detailed as follows: Lot 01 Grange Road Medical Practice (Gateshead, Tyne and Wear). Lot 02 The Park Surgery (Hebburn, South Tyneside). Lot 02 St Georges Medical Practice (South Shields, Tyne and Wear) and Trinity Riverside (South Shields, Tyne and Wear) (joint requirement). The associated values for each Lot (for the initial 7 year term) are as follows: Lot 1 (Grange Road Medical Practice) = GBP 2 440 863. Lot 2 (The Park Surgery) = GBP 2 169 692. Lot 3 (St Georges Medical Practice and Trinity Riverside) = GBP 5 498 637.
