Development and validation of a robust and process-linked method to transfer 3-D X-ray tomographic data to a Generalized Particle Characterization Framework and Simulation Model for Mineral Processing and Recycling. To meet the aims of this agreement, we need a powerful X-ray CT instrument as described in the technical conditions, enhanced by:
— Additional data coming from energy sensitive sensors,
— Additional data coming from adapted process-linked detectors,
— Combination with other 2-D techniques such as electron beam based methods of automated mineralogy,
— Prior knowledge obtained from in depth investigation of the materials and expert.
Minimal technical conditions.
— voltage of 240kV,
— power of 300W,
— 3 micron resolution.
— radiation hard flat-panel with 30fps read-out speed,
— 20x20 cm
— vibration-damped base and motorized stages:,
—height of inspection over a range of 1m,
—voxel sizes < 2micron to >100 micron,
—Change the distance between source and detector by a factor 2,
—Rotate over 360° continuously.
— 1m length to be scanned without sample manipulation,
— 20cm in diameter to be scanned without sample manipulation,
— 30cm in diameter, weight of 80kg.
— unrestricted possibility to insert own equipment in the system, guaranteed communication with acquisition software,
— The raw data as well as the reconstructed data has to be able to be exported,
— Unrestricted access to all acquisition and reconstruction settings.
— Being able to scan an object of 1m in length and 20cm in diameter in in less than 10 min.
— Dynamic 4D scanning.
New building to house a surgery department, a maternity ward and nursing areas for the Department of Neonatology and the Women's Clinic. Creation of parking spaces and additional secondary areas (changing rooms, archives and storage areas). Restructuring the station N4 to a neonatal intermediate care ward. Relocation of the nursing area of the Department of Neugeborene-, Pediatric Surgery and -urologie. Reorganization and structuring of food supply and the entire logistics concept in the Civil Hospital.
