CFSP — common security and defence policy warehouse

This direct service contract aims to secure a service provider, who will supply warehouse premises, personnel and services related to managing the warehouse to the Commission. The service provider will be capable of delivering warehoused assets at short notice to areas where crisis management operations are established. Crisis areas often have limited infrastructure and may be without normal civilian air traffic which might have been suspended for security reasons.
List of services needed: storage, inventory/asset management and stock control, technical maintenance, procurement, reception and inspection, freight forwarding with export — import administration and insurance provision, preparation of equipment for shipping.
The types of equipment to be stored: IT equipment (e.g. computers, printers), communication equipment (radios), vehicles, security and medical equipment and miscellaneous equipment.
