Toepasselijke reglementering

Afwijkingen, aanvullingen en opmerkingen

De verbintenistermijn wordt van 90 op 120 kalenderdagen gebracht.

Er wordt geen borgtocht gevraagd, hoewel dit wettelijk verplicht is.

Rechtvaardiging: de continue afroep obv de toegewezen mini-competities onder deze raamovereenkomst én het disposable karakter van de medische materialen vervat in deze opdracht rechtvaardigt het niet toepassen van de borgtocht

Artikel 5 van het koninklijk besluit van 14 januari 2013 - AUR

De algemene uitvoeringsregels (AUR) zullen tevens van toepassing zijn op de individuele opdrachten gegund binnen de raamovereenkomst, waarvan het geraamd bedrag onder de 8.500,00 euro (excl. BTW) blijft.

Artikel 119 van het koninklijk besluit van 14 januari 2013 - AUR verpakkingen

De inschrijver blijft tot aan de betalingstermijn eigenaar van de verpakkingen en heeft hieromtrent een terugnameplicht, zonder recht op enige vergoeding.

De inschrijvers duiden aan welke onderdelen een vertrouwelijk karakter hebben.

De geraamde hoeveelheden die zullen opgegeven worden in de inventaris zijn de vermoedelijke hoeveelheden voor 4 jaar van de deelnemende Werkende leden van HospiLim VZW. Deze worden pas gespecificeerd in de fase mini-competitie obv het historisch verbruik in 2015.

Deze raamovereenkomst moet toelaten om binnen korte termijn opdrachten te gunnen voor bepaalde behoeften en producten tegen de voordeligste voorwaarden en dit volgens de meest recente standaarden.

De opdrachtgever garandeert geen minimum afname noch exclusiviteit.

De ziekenhuizen toegetreden tot de raamovereenkomst kunnen na elke nieuwe minicompetitie bestellingen afroepen voor de producten gegund onder deze raamovereenkomst.

Voorwerp van deze leveringen: Raamovereenkomst voor levering van verbandmateriaal voor chirurgische wondzorg aan de leden van HospiLim.

De geraamde hoeveelheden die zullen opgegeven worden in de inventaris zijn de vermoedelijke globale hoeveelheden voor 4 jaar van de deelnemende Werkende leden van HospiLim VZW. Deze worden pas gespecificeerd in de fase minicompetitie obv het historisch verbruik in 2015.

Deze raamovereenkomst moet toelaten om binnen korte termijn opdrachten te gunnen voor bepaalde behoeften en producten tegen de voordeligste voorwaarden en dit volgens de meest recente standaarden. De opdrachtgever garandeert geen minimum afname noch exclusiviteit.
