  This is a commercial acquisition. The solicitation will be issued as Full and Open under the Standard Industrial Classification code 2514; NAICS code 337215 and the related small business standard of 500 Employees. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number and register in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to transact business with the Department of Defense (DOD). Failure to obtain a DUNS number and register in SAM may result in the delay of award of contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror who is registered in SAM at the time of award.
