In order to obtain information from FedBizOpps, you will first be required to register with SAM (System for Award Management) database. You may access SAM at the following URL, www.sam.gov. At time of registration, contractors will supply company Core Data, Assertions, Representations and Certifications, and Points of Contact. Once you register with SAM you will be required to register with FedBizOpps. No federal materials can be downloaded until you have registered under both sites. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and monitoring the website for amendment(s), if any, to the solicitation.
