Under Contract N44255-16-C-7002, Nova Group, Inc. was awarded a $17,420,234 firm-fixed-price contract for repair of a dry dock saltwater distribution system at Naval Base Kitsap (NBK). The contract also contains two unexercised options, which if exercised would increase cumulative contract value to $17,546,937. Work will be performed in Bremerton, Washington, and is expected to be completed by November 2017. The work to be performed provides for modernization of approximately 2,500 linear feet of the Dry Dock 6 service tunnel and service galleries with improvements to structural, industrial power and compressed air capabilities. The structural modifications include raising the service gallery walls. It also provides industrial power and compressed air distribution at service gallery locations on both sides of Dry Dock 6 by expanding existing substations with new transformers, rerouting existing electrical services and installing mechanical services from a new compressed air facility. The project will be located at Naval Base Kitsap, Bremerton, WA.

Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. No telephone or fax requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or faxed. Emailed completed solicitations are acceptable.
