The security camera systems consist of all equipment and components necessary for the proper operation of the camera systems. Contractor shall provide both preventative and remedial maintenance and service on the camera systems. The security camera systems include the following: Cameras, Lenses, Pan/Tilt/Zoom Mountings, Media Converters, Switchers, Multiplexers, Camera Housing, Amplifiers, other associated hardware and wiring, and all associated equipment to record the system. The requirement includes the following tasks: repair and maintenance (to include preventative maintenance) of all security systems, repair and preventative maintenance of telecommunications problems with security cameras, repair and maintenance of associated equipment, repair of damage caused by power failures or situations not covered under the manufacturer's waranty, and additional work as directed by the government representative, such as minor repairs and modifications associated with camera equipment. The service contract shall be for a base period of one year with two one-year option periods. MML and PML provide industry support in several areas including research publications related to biopharmaceutical products, semiconductor processes, and polymer products including adhesives and dental products. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. McAlester Army Ammunition Plant, (MCAAP) McAlester, OK has a requirement to obtain a service contract for repair and maintenance of the facilities large air compressors. The service agreement time period is approximated to start November 1, 2014 with the completion date of October 31, 2015. A Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for this period will be awarded as a result of this request. The contractor should expect to make approximately 12 service calls per year. The government will only be obligated to the extent of authorized calls actually placed against the resulting agreement. Prices will be firm-fixed. FOB is destination. Individual service calls will be issued as individual call orders against the resulting BPA. Call orders will also establish deliveries. The offeror is expected to offer one (1) unit price (either hourly rate or service call rate) for each service call over the BPA period. The price should be all inclusive of charges per hour, travel, lodging, transportation, etc. i.e. A burdened hourly rate or burdened service call charge for each instance. (1 hour rate = $150.00, 1 service call rate = $500.00) Parts will be provided by the successful offeror up to $3,000.00. The cost of parts will be charged separately and in addition to the hourly / service call rate. Parts that cost over $3,000.00 will NOT be part of this agreement. Instances of parts exceeding $3,000.00 would be separate a procurement. However, the offeror may be called upon to install parts separately procured at the agreed hourly / service call rate. All parts estimates are to be pre-approved for any repair. No repairs are to be made without pre-approval. Pre-approval will be completed by the Certifying Offical or their representative. Approved parts costs will be added to the call as a separate contract line item number (CLIN). Successful offeror repair personnel will be required to quote mark time-in quote mark and quote mark time-out quote mark with the Certifying Offical or their representative. Hourly rate charge will start at the quote mark time-in quote mark time and end at the quote mark time-out quote mark time. Hourly rates will only be paid for time actually spent on plant. The successful offeror will be required to invoice all charges through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). The proposed BPA is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. Offers from other than small business concerns will not be considered. Refer to the attached scope of work for objectives, requirements and a list of the compressors to be serviced.
