To carry out the repairs and maintenance for both council housing stock and corporate properties and restoration of void properties to council housing stock located within the geographical boundaries of the East Riding of Yorkshire (ERY). The Council is unable to guarantee this value or any volume of work. The tenderer must make whatever investigations/enquiries deemed necessary to ascertain a fully inclusive tender capable of fulfilling the specified requirements. Stevenage Borough Council is leading on the 'ComplyFirst' framework contract seeking a single suitably qualified contractor for the provision of regular compliance servicing and related maintenance of Fire, Water, Electrical, Gas, Air Conditioning and minor building works, to mainly non-housing properties situated within the geographical areas of the client districts. Premises include Community Centres, Sports Pavilions, Chapels, Offices, Depots, Workshops, Communal Housing areas and the like, which will be serviced by a dedicated multiskilled workforce, which will be predominantly directly employed by the service provider. The GBP 30 million framework value is an estimated figure. The first call offs within the Hertfordshire areas are estimated at approximately GBP £5m - £7m (based on a total estimate annual value of £1m and assuming terms of 5 to 7 years). The framework will be open to all local authorities within Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex and Buckinghamshire.
