Cassiltoun Housing Association wishes to engage a suitably qualified contractor to -
Provide a reactive gas repair service to its stock of 960 properties with gas-fired boilers in the Castlemilk area of Glasgow.
Provide a cyclical maintenance and servicing programme to the stock with gas-fired boilers in the Castlemilk area of Glasgow.
Where required on an ad-hoc basis, install replacement boilers where current systems are deemed by Cassiltoun HA to be beyond economic repair.
The above must be achieved in line with:
The Association's advertised time-scales;
The legislative requirements placed upon Cassiltoun as a landlord;
Tenant satisfaction levels of at least 95 %.
The contracts are to be for urgent repairs and jobbing works to Angus Council properties (excluding council housing).
The contracts cover a range of trades with individual orders for works which are of an urgent repair, minor alteration or maintenance in nature being placed with the appropriate appointed contractor. The contracts will run from the 1.4.2017 to 31.3.2021.
Contractors will be appointed on a trade and burgh basis and where possible standby contractor(s) will be put in place. The maximum value of any one order is restricted to 20 000 GBP.
Details as to the procedure for awarding work to contractors selected to the frameworks for each Lot during the contract will be set out in the Tender documentation. Provision will also be made to appoint a contractor(s) from other Lots where a deficiency of contractors arises in a given trade category (Lot) during the course of the contract.

South Lanarkshire Council, on the behalf of South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture Ltd, is looking to procure the services of a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to service and repair fitness equipment within SLLC leisure facilities.
This contract only includes fitness equipment that is no longer covered by the warranty, service and maintenance schedule of the original supplier/manufacturer.
At present, a total of 442 fitness machines are to be included in the contract. These are located in 15 facilities across South Lanarkshire. Equipment manufacturers include Pulse Fitness, Life Fitness Technogym, Startrac, Cybex, Concept, and Hur.
The 442 machines is made up of 71 treadmills, 61 cycles, 47 cross trainers, 74 other cardiovascular machines and 189 resistance machines. This number will increase over the course of the contract as existing equipment reaches a point where the manufacturer's warranty and/or maintenance agreements expire.
The successful bidder will be required to visit each site on an annual basis to service equipment.
The contract duration shall be 3 years with the option to extend for up to 2 years.
