Municipalities Averøy, Gjemnes, Kristiansund and three mountain on the northern Møre participate in civic Ministry byregionprogram. The purpose of the program is to help municipalities better able to ensure good conditions for settlement and commerce, and to ensure that citizens and businesses in the municipalities in the future get good quality services. In application to various forms of committed relationship studied, ranging from inter-municipal cooperative arrangements, via host municipality models to changes in municipal structure. We will analyze and assess the impact and identify common opportunities for profit. A prerequisite for participation in Byregionprogrammet is preparing a "comprehensive social analysis". In our context it means to provide the scientific basis for joint development on respectively: • Service Partnership (identifying possible areas for service cooperation and whether these can physically gather in one of the municipalities) and / or • Industry and land development (analyzing the potential for increased cooperation, the added value that can be larger parts of the region for good, starting with the petroleum-based industry around Bremsnes Fjord pool). Kristiansund municipality has initiated efforts to replace the current 10 silanlegg with a new primary treatment plant in the industrial area at Hagelin. This work also includes the establishment of transmission lines from the east and west sides of town.

Nerland valley silanlegg will be converted to a pressure booster station. Existing facilities will be demolished and a new wastewater pumping station will be established on the site of the old plant. The pump station will receive wastewater from Hein Gata and from around Nerland valley. The effluent is pumped through a sealine against Team Neset, the club until Myra APS.

The reason consists of mountains and it must be expected bursting of establishing pump basement and new wiring outdoors. The site is located in a residential area and road leading to the site goes through several residential streets.

This contract does not cover mechanical installations that will be announced in a separate contract; M01-Mechanical installations.

In the current zoning of 1987 plots allocated for "industrial purposes". The municipality embarks plots Gnr 138 bnr 50, 95 and BNR BNR 98 for sale in its entirety. it opens, however, that the land can be sold individually or split. Recreation areas, veggrunn and reason for transmission line routes determined by agreement. -Buy Cover all expenses associated with the sale (municipality covers tariff) so that oil and fuel fees associated with processing an application for sharing, surveying and registration.
