An engineering design group shall be procured for the engineering design services for construction stage 2 at Grøtsund industrial area. The preliminary project shall, amongst other things, describe the extent of a new quay with land areas and the estimated area for construction stage 2 is approx. 105 590 m². The necessary ground surveys etc. must also be described. In accordance with the tender documentation.
Installation work and maintenance within industry, offices and outdoor areas, such as:
— Constructional engineering facilities: Lighting, IT, AV equipment, fire detection and building automation.
— Industry: Process instrumentation and automation systems, engines and engine drives, battery installations.
— Engineering design services for and planning of expansions to the existing low voltage supply installations, as well as new installations.
— Board assembly.
— Installation and maintenance of electrical installations and equipment, as well as earthing systems.
— Installation and maintenance of electrical installations for automatic cranes.
— Installation and maintenance of emergency lighting (FSE), fire alarms (Autronica) and automation installations (Siemens).
— Cabling and connections within industrial communication (profibus etc.), process instrumentation, frequency transformers.
The tenderer is to deliver all normal installation materials and cabling.
Returkraft will normally procure the instrumentation and automation equipment itself, as well as IT products.

Lyse Elnett AS shall implement a competition for parallel framework agreements for excavation works. The assignments will be in the Lyse companies' supply area in Nord-Jæren. The main user of the contracts will be Lyse Elnett AS, but other Lyse companies shall also be able to make call-offs on the contracts.
The framework agreements apply for the excavation of ditches and the laying of cables and pipelines for the companies in the Lyse group, for the development, maintenance and troubleshooting of infrastructure. The size of the assignments will vary, troubleshooting and minor assignments that require a short response time will have direct call-offs on the framework agreement. Major assignments will be awarded after mini-competitions have been held (re-opening of the tender competition).
