They are divided into medical gases and medical device gases. The technical gases are defined as those gases that will not be administered to patients.
In its projects, the Port Authority has an increasing need for a number of reliable partners for the supply of so-called gate technology. A Gate Operating System (CIS) is a total operational system around the permitting and control of truck movements and containers at the port. Especially in projects for truck parking lots and container terminals is increasing need for good, reliable and compatible to the Port Industrial Complex existing technology for enabling and controlling truck movements.
To this end, the Port Authority is looking for a number of (3) partners who can supply such systems and these partners will bind themselves through a long-term framework contract. Continuity and cost require a long-term relationship with the supplier. In addition, a long-term agreement parties with a good performance more certainty and incentives for development.

Port of Rotterdam Authority NV pays on behalf of Portshuttle Rotterdam BV. The aim of PortShuttle Rotterdam BV is to strengthen the rail product of the port of Rotterdam by facilitating the exchange of containers between (rail and deepsea) terminals on the Maasvlakte. PortShuttle has an incidental and continuous need for Rail Services.
The implementation of the Rail Services takes place primarily in Rotterdam Port and Industrial Complex (HIC).
The parties to whom PortShuttle has entered into a framework agreement are eligible for spot orders and to bid for the regular regular lapses or project assignments of PortShuttle (further agreement).
A first further agreement for the regular circulation PortShuttle 1 (RSC - Maasvlakte) will be requested from the window contractors under the framework agreement. Documents for this further agreement will be published directly with the tender.
The framework agreement will be concluded with multiple tractor suppliers and will come into effect on 1.1.2018. This is entered into for a period of 3 years.
