Tradebroker shall, on behalf of registered members, enter into an agreement with up to 2 tenders for the segment HVAC.
The contract is for HVAC material in accordance with the attached price form (annex 4A of the contract) for the running of Bergen municipality's own buildings. The aim of the competition is to establish a framework agreement for the delivery of HVAC material to the contracting authority.
Material for the Operations Department (water and sewage/HVAC materials).
The agreement shall cover UiO's requirements for tools, paint, construction materials and HVAC accessories, etc.
The competition is for a framework agreement for the procurement of technical consultancy services within HVAC.
For Bamble, Drangedal, Kragerø, Porsgrunn, Siljan og Skien municipalities. Municipal and
inter-municipal companies and other participants in GKI will have an option for the contract, see chapter
6 in the tender documentation.
Tenders shall be submitted for the entire inquiry which applies to all municipalities and
participants in the GKI (the Grenland municipalities' procurement unit).
The framework agreement period is 2 years with an option for an extension for 1 + 1 year.
The contracting authority shall see to Statsbygg's need for on-site construction management for the work included in the HVAC technical contracts in the project. Requirements for which services will be provided by the construction manager are described in the attached performance description for construction management.
The assignment's extent and limitations.
In this assignment, H301 BL HVAC, construction management and contract follow-up related to the HVAC contracts K301, K302, K3011, K3012 and K3021 shall be provided, see the contract overview above.
The construction management service for PNN will otherwise be divided into several construction management contracts. The provisional division of the construction management assignments, in addition to the assignment H301 BL HVAC, is as follows:
— BL Ground and contract follow-up K201, K202 and K203 ground work, including sheet piling and piling;
— BL Rigging contract follow-up K101, K102, joint rigging, security guard and safety;
— BL Building — Construction management building and contract follow-up K204, K205, K206, K207, K208 and K701;
— BL Electo — technical construction management electro and contract follow-up K401, K4011, K501, K5011, K502, K503, K5031 and K601.
These assignments will be announced separately. 3 assignments have already been contracted.
All HVAC technical installations in the construction contracts are followed-up by BL-construction.
In addition to construction managers, Statsbygg supplements the construction site follow-up with its own resources, including SHA-KU, control engineers from PG, staff functions such as progress planning and interface planner (ITB), in addition to Statsbygg's own on-site project management with responsibility for production follow-up.
BL HVAC shall follow-up the work from signed contracts. The assignment's length will follow the project's progress with planned completion summer 2019 and the subsequent trial operation and follow-up in the claims period to the required degree.

Execution contract for HVAC installations at Holmen swimming pool.
Asker municipality shall construct a new swimming pool at Holmen in Asker. The building shall have a 25 m long pool with eight lanes, each lane shall be 2.5 m wide (25 x 21 m). In addition there is a therapy pool of 12.5 x 12.5 m and changing rooms, a canteen, gym etc. Emphasis will be put on energy saving measures in the project and the building shall fulfil the passive house requirements for sports buildings.
Sola municipality intends to enter into a framework agreement for the provision of consultant
engineers within HVAC, inside climate and energy and climate techniques. The purpose of
the contract is to take care of the contracting authority's ongoing needs for consultancy in minor
projects. For major projects where the total limit exceeds NOK 20 000 000,
the contracting authority reserves the right to hold separate competitions.
The framework agreements will be for one year, with an option for the contracting authority to
extend them for a further 1+1+1 years, total 4 years. The options will be
automatically taken up unless the contracting authority gives notification otherwise at the latest three months
before the contract or option year expires.
