A new treatment facility shall be constructed for the extension of Monserud treatment facility, which shall run parallel to the existing installation. The heating and sanitary work consists of the construction of new heating and sanitary installations. New treatment installations shall be established, including an administration part and biological stages as an extension to the existing treatment facility. A broken water surface shall be established in the new treatment facility, in order to ensure that infectious substances are not spread in the water supply. All draining points from the process and flushing posts shall be connected to broken water. The heating installations are mainly used in self-produced biogas as an energy source, by using heat from gas turbine(s) and oil/gas boilers. The power requirement in the building is primarily connected to process and ventilation.

SK Heating A / S shall set up a 11.5 MW straw-fired heating plant at Halskov to supply district heating to Halskov and Korsor. This contract includes electrical, control and machine delivery for a full straw combustion plants incl. design, delivery, installation and commissioning.
The contract includes electrical and mechanical delivery of a straw-fired heating plant with a heat output of 11.5 MW. Offering includes robotic crane, stoking plant, boiler, grate, flue gas cleaning, chimney, ash handling systems and district heating installations and electrical and SROanlæg. The tender form is turnkey. The supplier is thus responsible for all design, delivery, installation and commissioning.
