Provision of a deployment system for the cores of the Atalante N / O.
The current launching system of the Atalante corer is worn out and is no longer suitable from a safety point of view. A new system must be designed to receive and handle a Calypso type corer and a Küllenberg type corer.
The work required consists of designing 4 identical beams as well as a maneuvering platform. Each of these beams must be equipped with an electric winch (tilting operation of the corer) and an electric jack (over-run of the corer). The synchronization of each of these operations is to be performed by an industrial automaton controlled from wired and / or wireless remote controls. The platform constitutes both the point of rotation of the tilting operation and the resumption of the gravity forces of the weight (of the counterweight) of the corer.
Supply, installation, commissioning of a strong vibration power installation and the associated maintenance (optional).
The CEA CESTA considering the acquisition of a new test facility: a generator of electrodynamic vibration high power and associated test tools.
The facility will be capable of generating vibrations of a force of 250 kN in a frequency range of 5 to 3000 Hz.
The entire service will include the supply and implementation on site an electrodynamic vibrator and associated easements, two side tables and mechanical adaptations for the implementation of the whole.
This test medium will blend in a thermomechanical complex comprising a plurality of testing means with a remote control of the set of installed elements.
