The services will be a framework agreement with subsequent contracts pursuant to Article 78 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public procurement.
The framework agreement will be concluded with a maximum of 5 economic operators, subject to a sufficient number of tenders in accordance with requirements stated in the notice of public solicitation and the tender documents. The minimum number of attribute is set to 2 traders, below this minimum this framework agreement will be declared unanswered.
This contract is a framework agreement with a fixed minimum value.
Minimum VAT for 4 years: 100 000.
This framework agreement is concluded for a period of 4 years.
It will take effect from the notification will be made simultaneously to each of their holder.
