The city is located in the northern Chiemgau consolation mountain in the valley of Alz and has the three districts of Holy Cross, Lindach and Oberfeldkirchen around 11 500 inhabitants. The situation of the city is characterized in that the historic city center, newly emerged and emerging residential areas, commercial and industrial areas, recreational facilities, schools, roads and railway tracks adjacent to each other directly in an environmentally sensitive landscape area in confined spaces. This gives rise to conflicts that must be investigated and must be found for the solutions. The basics of historical Old Town (popularly known as "Trostberger organ") in its typical Inn-Salzach region construction with bay windows, facades and alzseitig facing wooden gables, balconies and foliage front are still preserved. The aim of the city is a cautious growth of the population in line with the further development of the infrastructure of the city. The city Trostberg intends to commission an integrated urban development concept (ISEK). As a basis for processing, the following documents are available: - retail development concept - Urban development framework plan for the city center between Alz web site - design regulations, - Fundamentals of Old Town development - Urban fine or individual studies, - land use plan. Furthermore, to be commissioned urban consultancy services for a period of 5 years for the 2 redevelopment areas "old town" and "city center between Alz and railway land". Based on current knowledge of the contract includes the following services: - Opinion on individual construction projects - Opinion on planning procedures, - for other comments relevant from an urban projects - Cooperation with licensing authorities (LRA BLFD, etc.) - Development of concepts and proposed solutions in individual cases.
