The need includes periodic service of installations, continuous repairs and work in addition to projects. The contract can also include material as well as ventilation and cooling equipment. Based on historical figures and estimates of future needs, HiOA estimates that the contract's total value will be between 1 500 000 NOK and 2 000 000 NOK excluding VAT per annum of which approx. 2 3rds is for ventilation and 1 3rd cooling. This value is not binding for HiOA nor does it give any rights to the tenderer. The total scope is subject to the University College's requirements from year to year.

For projects with a cost limit of more than 500 000 NOK, excluding VAT, HiOA reserves the right to announce a separate competition for the procurement.
